Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our branch. In this critical role, you will provide strategic leadership, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the operational efficiency of the branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of the branch, achieving organizational goals, and maintaining the branch's profitability and reputation. You will play a pivotal role in business development, market expansion, and client acquisition, all while driving revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch to achieve performance targets, ensuring a balance of profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and mentor team members, identifying training needs and creating development plans to foster team growth.
- Oversee financial management for the branch, ensuring profitability while controlling costs and managing resources effectively.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships, identifying business opportunities and promoting company products to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Officers and Lending Officers to manage and grow a book of business.
- Set the strategic direction for the branch, driving success in key performance areas such as profit, performance, and customer service goals.
- Lead community involvement efforts, representing the branch in community activities and ensuring alignment with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Community Affairs (CA) goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, setting clear goals and providing leadership to guide the team toward achieving branch objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols, including overseeing security and safety protocols.
- Maintain full accountability for the branch's goals, profitability, service standards, and operational excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance business and increase profitability.
- Manage branch operations in compliance with policies and regulations, ensuring adherence to security, cash handling, and audit standards.
- Lead recruitment efforts, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a high-performance team.
- Continuously evaluate branch performance, providing feedback and direction to maintain high standards of customer service and operational success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the financial services industry.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on mentoring and professional development.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing branch profitability and resources.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, risk management, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
